Freight elevator also is called cargo elevator by most of customers. This is a customized hydraulic lift platform. Customers installed them in their warehouse for lifting cargoes between different floors. One of our Europe customers built a new warehouse last year, they found us and inquired our freight elevator. We confirmed their requirement on available installation size, lifting height and load capacity firstly, then our engineer designed the cargo lift elevator accordingly. They total need 3 units. We also made 3D drawing for each freight lift. Customer very satisfied with our solutions and placed their order very soon.
First warehouse freight elevator

For this freight elevator, customer will use it to delivery bigger steel material from ground floor to upper mezzanine floor. As the installation size for this cargo lift elevator is 3000*3000mm, so we designed its usable platform size to be 2270*2570mm, which is the most suitable and max. usable size. And its enter & exit direction is from 2270mm sides, which are 180 degree direction.
Second warehouse freight elevator
Second is exactly the same with first unit. No matter for lifting height, platform size and load capacity. Both are with steel mesh enclosure. And their color and voltage are also same. This also is installed on ground floor directly, no pit. Customer just installed the second unit at different place in warehouse. Below picture is the lift was in installation.
Third freight elevator lift

Third is a small freight elevator, which is single mast type. As available installation size for this cargo lift is very limited, which only is 1700*1700mm. So our engineer designed it to be single mast type to ensure the enough platform size to be used for customer. Its enter & exit direction is from same side of the platform. However, usually the load capacity for small cargo elevator just is 500kg. For this freight elevator, it is 2000kg. So our engineer made special design on some details and use stronger material. Customer very satisfied with the solution. In addition, this small freight platform lift also has steel mesh enclosure.
For this 3 units freight elevator lift, all of their color are same, they are RAL7016. The color match up the color of their warehouse steel structure. And for each lift, we made a protective box for pump station, which can protect the motor and its buttons very well. Further more, we add interlocking device for all doors, no matter for platform doors or enclosure doors. Only when all doors are closed well, the lift can run to go up or down, which ensure the safety in machine running.
After these 3 industrial freight elevator lift were finished well, we made detailed installation instruction manual and enclosure installation drawing. Our customer finished the installation easily according to our manual and drawing. In addition, one of our regular customer also offered help to this new customer.
